If this had been another franchise like Metroid, this most likely would have been received about as poorly as Federation Force when it was revealed. Rayman deserves a lot better, and especially something more fitting for a platformer when we got almost nothing and just a few lazy recycled games for years since Legends. Ubisoft is not promising anything else for the franchise, so we could just get even more years of nothing besides the usual side content like that or rehashed mobile game. A DLC for a game very different from Rayman’s typical gameplay styles, no less. It’s cool, yeah, and I’m happy for everyone excited for it, but it’s nothing more than crossover content. Solani didn't give any details on any of the moves that Rayman might have or how Rayman has found himself back with the Rabbids, but it's incredibly exciting news for anyone who's been waiting for the vegetable thingamajig to make a comeback.Meh. After a gameplay showcase that featured Mario and the gang fighting a Wiggler that has attached itself to a train, Davide Soliani revealed that three DLC packs are currently planned for the game and its season pass. Ubisoft is currently holding its first Ubisoft Forward presentation of the year and one of the first games that it showed off was Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. The limbless wonder is finally back! As revealed during the Ubisoft Forward showcase, Rayman is joining Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope as part of its third DLC pack.
